The Chandelier Room at Lemonade Mermaid Boutique

Step into magic at The Chandelier Room! Located inside our boutique at Titus Landing, our private event space features crystal chandeliers, sink/counter space, and a private restroom, making it the Space Coast’s premier setting for birthday parties, workshops, and private gatherings.

Through our sister company Citrus Mermaid Academy, you can add professional, certified live mermaid entertainment to your event!

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Remaining balance is due 2 days prior to your event. 

1. Hourly Space Rental (Base Rate)

Ideal for meetings, workshops, baby showers, or DIY parties where you bring your own food, decorations, and schedule.

  • Rate: $75 / hour (1-hour increments)

  • Includes: Exclusive access to The Chandelier Room for 1 hour, setup of tables and chairs, sink/counter area access, and private restroom access.

  • Details: Bookings are made in full 1-hour blocks. Your total booked time must include any client setup and breakdown. You are responsible for leaving the room clean unless a clean-up service is selected.

  • Nonprofit Discount: 10% off hourly room rental rates for registered 501(c)(3) organizations.

2. Mermaid Party Packages (1-Hour Standard)

Bring live mermaid magic to your celebration! All entertainment is hosted by trained, certified, and insured mermaid performers from our sister company, Citrus Mermaid Academy.

Option A: The Classic Mermaid Party (1 Hour), $350

  • Duration: 1 Hour Total Space Rental & Event Time

  • Includes:

    • Exclusive use of The Chandelier Room for 1 full hour.

    • Interactive live mermaid appearance: storytime, activities, ocean trivia, photo ops, and a special keepsake gift for the guest of honor. 

    • Accommodation for up to 10 children.

    • Free admission for supervising adults (space permitting; minimum 1 adult per 5 children required).

  • Extensions & Extras:

    • Additional Children: +$20 per child
    • Extend Event/Room Time: +$75 per additional hour

Option B: The Ultimate Undersea Adventure (1 Hour), $500

  • Duration: 1 Hour Total Space Rental & Event Time

  • Includes:

    • Exclusive use of The Chandelier Room for 1 full hour.

    • Dedicated party host for 1 hour to manage the agenda (games, gift opening, snack time).

    • Live mermaid appearance featuring storytime, games, photo opportunities, and a gift.

    • Light snacks and drinks for all participating merfolk.

    • Complete Post-Party Clean-Up Included! (We handle all room resetting and cleanup so you can enjoy your day).

    • Accommodation for up to 10 children.

  • Extensions & Extras:

    • Additional Children: +$25 per child

    • Extend Event/Room Time: +$100 per additional hour

Booking Policies & Guidelines

  • Deposits & Payments: All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation to secure your date and time slot. The remaining balance is due 2 days prior to the event, and is also non-refundable, unless we have to cancel on our end. 

  • 1-Hour Time Blocks: All rentals, events, and extensions operate strictly on 1-hour durations. Please ensure your setup and guest departure fit within your scheduled hours.

  • Adult Supervision: A minimum ratio of 1 supervising adult per 5 children is required for all youth events. So if you have 10 children total, you will need at least 2 adults supervising.

  • Room Care: For standard room rentals, renters are responsible for returning the room to its original clean condition after their scheduled hour ends (unless the Ultimate Undersea Adventure package is booked). Once you are done cleaning up, check in with staff so they can check out the room and confirm the final condition.
